I am just looking for some help - pretty soon.

We realise that our groups run on a set timetable and it might not suit the needs of everyone that ends up landing here.  There are a range of services in the Wellington region - from immediate text and telephone support, to booking in with intensive one to one sessions with a psychologist or counsellor to joining more generalized mental and physical wellness programs.  The programs and services we have listed here are not affiliated with The Therapy Tree and although we have screened these services for what we see as quality offerings,  we take no responsibility for the outcomes from engaging with them.
